On October 7, 2023, violence broke out between Hamas in Gaza and Israel. After spending one week in the Jerusalem Center, students were relocated to Greece one week before their scheduled out of country field trip to Greece. Students continued classes there for one week before their originally planned 8-day tour. Students returned home after scheduled time in Greece, rather than returning to Israel, as violence continued.
