Some highlights of the Fall 2012 semester include:
- a week-long field trip to Turkey and an engagement!
- snorkeling in the Red Sea
- a four-day trip to Jordan
- watching General Conference when President Monson announced the age change for missionaries to 18 for men and 19 for women–4 women received their mission calls during this semester!
- 10 days in Galilee
- staying in the bomb shelter for a couple hours when missiles were fired from the Gaza strip
- Jerusalem Center prom
- floating in the Dead Sea
- Christmas concert with locals invited to the Jerusalem Center
